Dear Ticket Holder,

We hope you are looking forward to your upcoming visit to Wharton Center for the Season Announcement Concert. Here are some tips to make your visit more enjoyable.

Please note the ramp adjacent to Wharton Center is open and free to all guests starting at 6pm.


What to Expect

  • The Season Announcement Concert begins at 7:30pm.
  • Doors to the lobby and Wharton Gifts open 1 hour prior to the performance.
  • Run time is approximately 60 minutes with no intermission.
  • Refreshments to be served in the Grand Foyer immediately following the performance.
  • The Jackson Donor Lounge will not be open prior to the performance.

Wharton Gifts

Wharton Center wishes to thank our Donors and Subscribers by offering special discounts:

  • Donors receive 15% off all store merchandise with their Donor Discount Card
  • Subscribers receive 5% off all store merchandise with their Patron Discount Card
  • For those who made the additional investment of both donating & subscribing, show both cards and receive a 20% discount
  • Cards must be present for discounts to apply.

Wharton Gifts will open at 6:30pm and will remain open after the program for your shopping convenience.


Parking Details

Ramp 3, the ramp adjacent to Wharton Center, is open and free to all guests attending the Season Announcement Concert, beginning at 6pm. Parking attendants will not be on duty for this event, and payment at the Pay By Plate kiosks is not required. Ramp access is available from Shaw Lane and Wilson Road.

Please note, there will be no reserved Platinum parking for this event.

Curb to seat service is available upon request. Please request in advance by calling (517) 884-3116. Barrier-free parking is available on every level of the ramp with elevator access to Level 2, Wharton Center entrance level.
