What to Expect

Please check your tickets or email confirmation to make sure you are arriving on the correct date and time.

If picking up tickets at Will Call, please allow for extra time.

Patrons arriving after the performance begins will be seated after the first musical number.

Cobb Great Hall Theatre lobby and Wharton Gifts open 1 hour prior to the performance. Merchandise and refreshment stands are available at this time.
- Run time is 2 hours and 45 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission.
- This performance will include haze, open flame, prop pistols and muskets (gunshots), and strobe effects. Please ask an usher for details.
Security Measures

The Bogue Street (front) entrance and Atrium entrance adjacent to the parking ramp are open and security checks will take place at these locations.

All patrons entering the premises will be asked to pass through a metal detector and will be subject to bag checks. As you approach the security check point please have purses open and be ready to empty pockets as you go through the metal detectors. Alert security if you have a medical condition prohibiting you from going through the metal detectors.

Patrons are encouraged to bring minimal personal belongings to the Theatre.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, firearms and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives) and oversized bags including backpacks. View a list of additional prohibited items.
- There is no storage area available and items confiscated cannot be returned.
- Plan your arrival to allow time for security screening.

Parking is $10 CASH ONLY at the Wharton Ramp (MSU Ramp #3), 766 East Shaw Lane, and is on a first come, first served basis. Both Shaw and Wilson entrances to Ramp 3 are open.

Free parking available in the Shaw Ramp (MSU Ramp #1/Lot 51) behind the MSU College of Law, West of Wharton Center, 592 North Shaw Lane.

Due to construction Parking Lot 54, off South Bogue St is closed starting May 20.

MSU will be hosting Odyssey of the Mind, Tuesday, May 21 – Sunday, May 26. Pedestrian and car/bus traffic on the MSU campus may be heavy at times.
