The safety and security of all Wharton Center patrons, artists, staff and volunteers is our top priority. Please plan to check your email closer to the date of your performance for up-to-date information.
In preparation for your visit, here is some important information regarding access to Wharton Center during the run of Hamilton.
Security and Screening Measures
All guests entering the premises will be asked to pass through a metal detector and will be subject to bag checks.
Please plan your arrival to allow time for these security screening measures.
Prohibited Items
Guests will be asked to remove prohibited items in their possession from the premises or may be refused entry.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Cameras and recording devices (other than phones)
- Alcohol and illegal drugs
- Animals (except service animals)
- Any items that may be deemed disruptive to the performance
- Outside food and beverage
- Backpacks, oversized bags, cinch bags, luggage
- Firearms and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives)
This list is not all-inclusive and may change at any time without notice.
Entry/Re-entry to Wharton Center
Entry into the building will be limited to the Bogue Street (front) entrance and Atrium entrance adjacent to the parking ramp.
The southwest entrance on Wilson Road will be closed.
Please retain your ticket at all times as re-entry will not be granted without a valid ticket for the appropriate performance.
