Thank you for attending our first Broadway show of the season, A Beautiful Noise: A Neil Diamond Musical.

Although the show was spectacular, the environment at Wharton Center for the Tuesday and Wednesday performances fell short of the level we pride ourselves on providing. A leak in the cold water chilling system on the south side of MSU’s campus caused the cooling system in many buildings, including Wharton Center, to be compromised. This issue has now been resolved.

Wharton Center began working with MSU’s Infrastructure Planning & Facilities staff as soon as the problem was identified. Measures were taken each day to attempt to keep the temperature of the building at a comfortable level for patrons, actors, and staff.

I know that many patrons were uncomfortable in the theatre, and the temperature detracted from their experience. As a token of our appreciation for your patience and understanding during this time, we would like to offer complimentary tickets to one of the following performances on our 2025-2026 Season:

Les Arts Florissants with Théotime Langlois de Swarte, November 14
Unlimited Miles: Miles Davis At 100, March 26
Sally: A Solo Play, Feb 19-21
Circa Humans 2.0, April 14

If you would like to attend one of these performances, please reserve your seats. The Ticket Office will process one complimentary ticket for each used A Beautiful Noise ticket in your account.
